66 Squadron, RFC & RAF, 1916 to 1919

Help!

Your assistance would be appreciated!

I would be grateful for any information on 66 Squadron Officers and Men. Photographs would also be appreciated, especially if individuals can be identified. Aircraft are always of interest, especially if the serial numbers can be distinguished, as there are many gaps in the links between serial numbers and flight codes.

I also have some specific questions - if you think you can help me fill in the blanks, please email me. Can anyone fill in the missing names?
